Ingredients:
• 1 cup of warm Milk
• 1 stick of margarine Butter
• 2 ice cubes to cool
• 2 cups of all purpose flour
• 2.5 tsp of Yeast
• 1/2 cup of Sugar
• 1/2 tsp of salt
• 2 eggs
Method:
- In a pan, add milk, and when it’s warm, turn off the gas and add margarine butter in it to melt. After the butter melts, add ice cubes and allow it to cool. Dissolve yeast in 3 tsp of warm water and keep it aside.
- Mix all-purpose flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and eggs to make dough until it’s smooth and elastic.
- Preheat the oven and keep the dough inside the oven for an hour for the dough to rise double the amount.
- After an hour, remove the dough and divide it into four parts.
- Take the first part and roll it like a chapati with the help of a rolling pin. Apply butter on top of it and cut into 8 parts with the help of a sharp knife.
- Take each part and roll it from the broad portion to the thin portion into rolls. Keep it aside. Repeat for the rest.
- Take a baking tray, apply butter, and arrange each role on the tray leaving enough place for the rolls to rise. Wait till the rolls rise by covering with cloth and keeping it aside for 10 minutes. Repeat the same with the rest of the dough and make rolls.
- Heat the oven to 325 degrees and bake the rolls for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Remove the rolls, apply butter on each roll, & serve it.
