Ingredients:

• 250g – sweet Corn
• 1 tbsp – besan
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• Oil for cooking
• Coriander leaves for garnishing

Method:

  1. Marinate the corn in the mixture of lemon juice, salt, and red chilli powder for 10 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle besan flour over it. Mix well and deep-fry it in hot oil.
  3. Drain and spread on a plate.
  4. Sprinkle with chaat masala and coriander leaves. Serve.
