Ingredients:
• 1kg – chicken, cut into 2-inch pieces
• 2 tsp – Ginger and Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 – Lemon
• 3 tsp – Corn flour
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry
Method:
- Mix chilli powder, corn flour, turmeric powder, garlic, ginger paste, lemon, and salt.
- Marinate chicken with the above mix and keep it in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan and put the marinated chicken pieces. Fry till golden brown.
