• 500g – fresh green gram
• 250g – Corn flour
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 cup – nylon sev
• oil for cooking
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Take corn flour in the plate, and add salt and pepper to it.
- Roll each gram in this corn flour and deep fry it.
- Drain on a tissue paper, and decorate it with nylon sev.
