Ingredients:

• 500g – fresh green gram
• 250g – Corn flour
• salt
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 cup – nylon sev
• oil for cooking

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Take corn flour in the plate, and add salt and pepper to it.
  3. Roll each gram in this corn flour and deep fry it.
  4. Drain on a tissue paper, and decorate it with nylon sev.
