Ingredients:
• 1 kg – chicken, cut into medium-sized pieces
• 2 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 3 tsp – chilli powder
• a pinch of red food colouring
• salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 2 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1/2 cup – oil
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
Method:
- Wash the chicken and marinate it with all the ingredients, except oil and corn flour, for 2 to 3 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan until smoky.
- Dust the chicken pieces with the corn flour and deep-fry a few at a time until crispy.
- Serve hot with onion rings and chips.
