Ingredients:

• medium size Prawns – 25-30
• soya sauce – 1 tsp
• Vinegar – 1 tbsp
• chilli powder – 1 tsp
• pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
• ginger- Garlic paste – 2 tsp
• salt to taste
• Corn flour as required
• oil to fry

Method:

  1. Shell the prawns but leave the tails in tact. De vein, wash and pat dry.
  2. Mix with rest of the ingredients from Soya sauce to salt. Allow to soak for 1/2 hr.
  3. Add enough corn flour to absorb all the moisture.
  4. Heat oil for deep frying and fry the prawns few at a time in moderately hot oil. Serve immediately.
