Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – bhendi (okra)
• 2 tsp – gram flour
• Marinate:
• 1/2 – Lime
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp – cumin powder
• salt – to taste
• 4 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Top and tail the okra and cut it into 4 parts.
  2. Marinate it with lime, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt, and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with gram flour and mix it properly.
  4. Deep-fry the okra. Serve hot.
