Ingredients:

• Rava – 500 g
• Rice – 500 g
• Salt to taste
• Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
• Curry leaves
• Onion – 1 (big)
• Green chillies – 2
• Sunflower oil

Method:

  1. Mix rawa and rice and grind finely.
  2. Take 2 cups of rawa-rice mixture.
  3. Add cumin seeds, a little salt and water.
  4. Coarsely grind onion and green chillies and add to the batter.
  5. Add curry leaves and make dosa in the pan with sunflower oil.
  6. Keep in the pan till it gets roasted.
