Ingredients:

• 6 slices bread
• 1.5 cups – fresh Curd
• oil to fry
• For masala:
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• ¼ tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – chopped pudina leaves
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut the bread slices into small cubes.
  2. Deep fry them in oil till crisp, on a medium flame.
  3. Churn the curd and add all the masalas. Keep aside or chill if desired.
  4. Just before serving, mix the croutons in the churned curd.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
