Ingredients:

• 4 – Chicken breasts, flattened
• 2 tsp – pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2 tsp – Refined flour
• 2 – eggs, beaten
• 4 tbsp – bread crumbs
• 4 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Mix the flour, egg, garlic, pepper powder, and salt together.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts with this mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a flat pan.
  4. Roll each chicken breast in the bread crumbs and shallow-fry on a low heat till golden brown.
