Ingredients:
• Sprouted Moong – 250g
• Onions – 2 (Cubed into small pieces)
• Lemon – 1
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Chilli powder – 2 tsp
• Sambar powder (Optional) – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat a kadai and add 3 teaspoons of oil.
- When it becomes hot, add the cubed onions and saute them till they become soft and transparent.
- Add the turmeric powder, chilli powder, and sambar powder. Fry for some time.
- Add the sprouted moong to the onion mixture and add salt.
- Saute it till the moong is fully coated with the masala.
- Squeeze the lemon over the sprouted moong and stir it.
