Ingredients:
• ?kg – Cucumber
• ?to ?cup – fresh Curd
• For masala:
• ?tsp – mustard powder
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 chilli, chopped finely
• salt to taste
Method:
- Peel and grate the cucumber.
- Add salt and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Press and remove the extra water.
- Beat the curd. Add grated cucumber and all the masalas.
- Mix well and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Chill and serve.
