Ingredients:

• 2 – Medium-sized cucumbers, finely chopped
• Mint chutney (made with a bunch of coriander, green chillies, pudina/Mint leaves, and very little salt and blended in a mixer with a little water)
• Salt to taste
• A pinch of Red Chilli powder
• 1 cup- Curd

Method:

  1. Wash, peel, and chop the cucumbers into fine pieces.
  2. Add the mint chutney, chilli powder, and salt.
  3. Add curd to the base mix and the delicious raita is ready.
