Ingredients:

• 1 – Cucumber
• 1 – Onion
• Curry leaves – a few
• Red Chilli -1 tsp
• Lemon – 1
• Oil – 1 tsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
• 1 cup – Rice

Method:

  1. Heat a pan and add oil.
  2. Splutter the mustard seeds and add onion, curry leaves, asafoetida, turmeric, red chilli.
  3. After a while add chopped cucumber, salt and boil.
  4. Add the cooked rice.
  5. Finally add 1 tsp of lemon and mix with the rice.
