Ingredients:

• 5 cup – Curd
• 1/2 cup – malai
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1 tsp- cumin
• 1/2 tsp- Turmeric powder
• 2 – Green chillies finely chopped
• 1 cup – Fenugreek leaves, finely chopped
• 1 capsicum, finely chopped
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan. Add cumin, onion, green chillies and coriander powder. Stir till onion is translucent
  2. Add fenugreek leaves, capsicum and turmeric powder
  3. Fry for 2 minutes. Add the curd and salt.
  4. Boil till the water from the curd evaporates and the curd starts thickening.
  5. Now add the malai.
  6. Keep stirring it and let the mixture thicken.
  7. Once the mixture has thickened, garnish with coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with chapati or rice
