Ingredients:
• 500 g – Chicken
• Small Methi leaves, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp – Green chilli paste
• 5 tbsp – thick beaten Curd
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp – shajeera
• 1/4 tsp – Cinnamon
• 1 tsp – Bay Leaf
• 1 finely chopped, Onion
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
Method:
- In a heavy bottomed pan, heat oil; add shahjeera, cinnamon sticks, bay leaf.
- Allow them to splutter, add onions and fry till onions turn pink.
- Add methi leaves and fry; then add green chilly paste, ginger-garlic paste, salt and fry till oil separates.
- Add chicken and cook until it is tender. Remove from heat and curd.
- Put the vessel back on flame and cook until done.
- Serve with steamed rice.
