Ingredients:

• 2 – Potato
• 1 cup – Curd
• 2 tbsp – Cream
• 6 tbsp – oil
• 1/2 tbsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tbsp – Cumin seed
• 1/2 tbsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tbsp – Garam Masala
• Pinch – Asafoetida
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves to garnish.

Method:

  1. Cut each potatoes into 8 small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a deep pan, add cut potatoes and fry them till they turn light brown on low flame and keep aside.
  3. Add turmeric powder, cumin seeds, asafoetida, coriander powder into the same oil.
  4. Then add curds. After adding curds stir well for 1 to 2 min and add salt. When it start boiling add fried potato and cream.
  5. Keep them on low flame for 5 minutes.
  6. Add garam masala.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
