Ingredients:

• 1 – big Cauliflower
• 1 cup – Yoghurt
• 2 tbsp – fennel powder
• 2 tbsp – Ginger powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – cumun seed
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Wash and cut cauliflower into small florets. Churn yoghurt well and then add saunf powder, ginger powder, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well. Keep aside
  2. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry cauliflower florets till nice golden brown.
  3. In another deep vessel, heat 2 tsp oil and add cumin seeds and splutter
  4. Add the yoghurt mix to this oil and keep on stirring till one boil.
  5. Now add the fried cauliflower to the yoghurt and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with rice or roti.
