Ingredients:
• 1 – big Cauliflower
• 1 cup – Yoghurt
• 2 tbsp – fennel powder
• 2 tbsp – Ginger powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – cumun seed
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Wash and cut cauliflower into small florets. Churn yoghurt well and then add saunf powder, ginger powder, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well. Keep aside
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry cauliflower florets till nice golden brown.
- In another deep vessel, heat 2 tsp oil and add cumin seeds and splutter
- Add the yoghurt mix to this oil and keep on stirring till one boil.
- Now add the fried cauliflower to the yoghurt and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or roti.
