Ingredients:
• 150 g – Channa dal
• 150 g – moong dal
• 2-3 – Potatoes
• 2 – Onions
• 3-4 tsp – gram flour
• 150 g – Cottage cheese
• Mashed bread crumbs for coating
• Few Spinach leaves
• Red pepper to taste
• Oil for deep frying
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Soak the dals overnight, drain in the morning.
- Peel and grate the potatoes. Mix all the ingredients.
- Divide the mixture in small balls and give them a shape you like.
- Coat them in the bread crumbs.
- Heat the oil. Deep fry all the patties.
- Serve hot with coriander and mint chutney.
