Ingredients:
• 1 kg – dry seedless Dates
• 250 g – Raisins
• 1 tbsp – peppercorns, powder and sieve
• 2 tsp – black cumin seeds, powder and sieve
• 2 tsp – white cumin seeds, powder and sieve
• 10 green cardamoms, powder and sieve
• 1 tsp – dry Ginger powder, powder and sieve
• 250 g – sliced Ginger
• 500 g – Sugar
• 125 g – salt
• 3 large bottles Vinegar
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients except dates and vinegar.
- Stuff dates with the combined ingredients and arrange in a glass jar and pour vinegar on top. Sun for a fortnight.
