Ingredients:

• Fish – 1/2 kg
• eggs – 2
• Pepper – 1.5 tsp
• Ajinamoto – 1/2 tsp
• Wooster sauce – 1 tsp
• Soya sauce – 1/2 tsp
• Chilli sauce – 1/2 tsp
• Vineger – 1/2 tsp
• Bread crumbs
• Oil – 1 cup
• Salt per taste

Method:

  1. Boil the fish in a little water adding a little salt to it
  2. Mash the fish thoroughly and add all the above ingredients except bread crumbs
  3. Mix well to make a nice dough. Divide it in to 10 parts and shape into finger shape
  4. Roll them in beaten egg and bread crumbs and deep fry in oil
  5. Drain on the kitchen paper and serve hot with sauce
