Ingredients:

• Rava or sooji – 1 cup
• Ghee – 1 cup
• Sugar – 1 cup
• Cardamom – 1 tsp
• Cashews – 10-15 pieces

Method:

  1. Roast Rava or sooji until it turns golden brown.
  2. Let it cool for few minutes and grind to a very fine powder (like atta).
  3. Heat the kadai once a again. Add the ground rava, sugar, ghee, cardamom and roasted cashews. See that sufficient ghee is added.
  4. Mix till it thickens.
  5. Turn off the gas and roll the mixture into laddoos.
