• Rava or sooji – 1 cup
• Ghee – 1 cup
• Sugar – 1 cup
• Cardamom – 1 tsp
• Cashews – 10-15 pieces
- Roast Rava or sooji until it turns golden brown.
- Let it cool for few minutes and grind to a very fine powder (like atta).
- Heat the kadai once a again. Add the ground rava, sugar, ghee, cardamom and roasted cashews. See that sufficient ghee is added.
- Mix till it thickens.
- Turn off the gas and roll the mixture into laddoos.
