Ingredients:
• Prawns – 250 g
• Chilli Powder – 3/4 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
• 1 big – Onion finely chopped
• 1 inch – Ginger finely chopped
• Garlic finely chopped
• 3 to 4 – Cloves
• Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
• Tomato Sauce or Tomato Puree – 1 tbsp
• Capsicum cut into small square pieces
• 4 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 tsp oil – enough for cooking
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil, fry onion and capsicum together until the onion turns brownish.
- Add ginger and garlic, saute it properly.
- Put chilli, turmeric and coriander powder, mix it well.
- Now add prawns and salt. Stir and cook.
- Meanwhile add tomato sauce or puree. Add vinegar. Stir well and cook until the prawns are fried properly.
