Ingredients:

• Prawns – 250 g
• Chilli Powder – 3/4 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
• 1 big – Onion finely chopped
• 1 inch – Ginger finely chopped
• Garlic finely chopped
• 3 to 4 – Cloves
• Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
• Tomato Sauce or Tomato Puree – 1 tbsp
• Capsicum cut into small square pieces
• 4 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 tsp oil – enough for cooking
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil, fry onion and capsicum together until the onion turns brownish.
  2. Add ginger and garlic, saute it properly.
  3. Put chilli, turmeric and coriander powder, mix it well.
  4. Now add prawns and salt. Stir and cook.
  5. Meanwhile add tomato sauce or puree. Add vinegar. Stir well and cook until the prawns are fried properly.
