Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Urad Dal
• 3 cups – Rice flour
• 1 tbsp – til
• salt as per taste
• chilli powder as per taste
• oil for deep fry

Method:

  1. First take urad dal in a vessel and add sufficient water. Boil it in a pressure cooker.
  2. After it is boiled, take it out and grind into a fine paste in a mixer. Add the remaining items like rice flour, salt, chilli powder and sesame seeds.
  3. Mix well and put it in the muruku mould and prepare muruku.
  4. Fry in hot oil over medium heat.
  5. They will be very tasty and can be preserved for 1 month.
