Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Urad Dal
• 3 cups – Rice flour
• 1 tbsp – til
• salt as per taste
• chilli powder as per taste
• oil for deep fry
Method:
- First take urad dal in a vessel and add sufficient water. Boil it in a pressure cooker.
- After it is boiled, take it out and grind into a fine paste in a mixer. Add the remaining items like rice flour, salt, chilli powder and sesame seeds.
- Mix well and put it in the muruku mould and prepare muruku.
- Fry in hot oil over medium heat.
- They will be very tasty and can be preserved for 1 month.
