Ingredients:

• 1 cup – roasted rava
• 1/2 cup – chopped vegetables (cabbage, Green peas (frozen), beans, potato, carrot, lima beans (optional)
• 1/2 – onion, grated
• 3 tsp – Ginger
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice,
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 2tbsp – Urad Dal (optional)
• 1 tbsp – chopped coriander
• 3 cups – water

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a vessel, add mustard seeds.
  2. Once it splutters, add urad dal, a pinch of hing and curry leaves.
  3. Fry onions and add chilli.
  4. Add all the vegetables.
  5. Fry for 2-3 mins. Then add water, salt and ginger.
  6. Boil well until vegetables are soft.
  7. Add lemon juice and sugar.
  8. Add rava slowly, stirring continuously.
  9. Boil for 2-3 mins.
  10. Add coriander.
  11. Cover and cook for 5 mins.
