Ingredients:
• 2 cups – macaroni, boiled
• 1 – shimla mirch, chopped into thin strips
• 1/2 kg – potatoes, boiled
• 2 – carrots, finely chopped
• 2 tsp – soya sauce
• 125 g – Spring onion
• 2 – green chillies, ground to a paste
• 2 tsp – garlic, crushed
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• Salt – to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and green chillies.
- Then, add onion, shimla mirch, and carrot and cook till it is tender.
- Add potato and macaroni.
- Add masala and salt.
- In the end, add soya sauce and mix thoroughly.
