Ingredients:
• 2 – medium size onions, chopped roughly
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Raisins (optional)
• 2 tsp – Sugar
• A pinch – salt
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
Method:
- Grind all the ingredients together, till smooth.
- If chutney is too thick, add a little more vinegar.
- Serve with coconut rice.
