Ingredients:
• 20 small-sized Potatoes (boiled and peeled)
• 3 medium-sized Onions (sliced)
• 4 Cloves Garlic
• 100g Coriander leaves (made into a paste)
• 1 Bay Leaf
• 2 Red Chillies
• 1/2 tsp coriander powder
• a pinch of Turmeric powder
• oil
• salt to taste
Method:
- Put oil in a kadai, fry the peeled potatoes till they are half brown.
- Remove the potatoes from the oil.
- Put in a bay leaf and 2 red chillies in the oil.
- Fry sliced onion and paste of garlic.
- Add the coriander powder and a pinch of turmeric powder.
- Add potatoes and paste of coriander leaves and stir well.
- Cook covered, stirring occasionally till the potatoes are well done.
- Add some water if required.
