Ingredients:

• 200 g – coriander
• 2 cups – Rice
• 2 pieces – dilkush vegetable
• 1 – Onion
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• Green chillies
• Pudina, little to taste
• Salt to taste
• 3-4 tsp – oil

Method:

  1. Cut dilkush into cubes.
  2. Heat oil and saute onions and dilkush.
  3. Grind the coriander, mint and chillies.
  4. Add garam masala, green masala and salt to onions.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the rice till done.
  6. Mix it into the dilkush mixture. Garnish with cashew and coriander.
