Ingredients:
• 200 g – coriander
• 2 cups – Rice
• 2 pieces – dilkush vegetable
• 1 – Onion
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• Green chillies
• Pudina, little to taste
• Salt to taste
• 3-4 tsp – oil
Method:
- Cut dilkush into cubes.
- Heat oil and saute onions and dilkush.
- Grind the coriander, mint and chillies.
- Add garam masala, green masala and salt to onions.
- Meanwhile, cook the rice till done.
- Mix it into the dilkush mixture. Garnish with cashew and coriander.
