Ingredients:

• 1 small bunch – suwa(dil) bhaji
• 1/2 to 3/4 cup – curds
• For Masala:
• 1 chilli, finely chopped
• a piece ginger, finely chopped
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Chop the suwa finely. Wash thoroughly.
  2. Beat the curd.
  3. Add the chopped suwa and the masalas. Mix well.
  4. Chill and serve.
