Ingredients:
• 4-6 – small dosas
• 1 – chopped Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 – grated Carrot
• 1 – finely cut coriander
• sweet chutney
• khara chutney
• Lime juice
Method:
- Put the chopped onion, tomato and grated carrot in a vessel.
- Add the sweet chutney and khara chutney.
- Mix well. Put this on each dosa.
- Add a little lime juice to each of them.
- Garnish with coriander.
