• Dosa mix
• 1 cup – minced Chicken
• 2 – 3 tsp – Tomato sauce
• Ginger powder
• Chaat masala (optional)
• Salt and pepper to taste


  1. First prepare dosas with the dosa mix. Keep it aside after brushing the surface of the dosas with some oil or ghee.
  2. Then fry the chicken till golden brown.
  3. After a couple of mins, add a pinch of ginger powder, chaat masala and salt – pepper to taste.
  4. Finally, add the sauce and stir for some time.
  5. Then spread it over the dosa and roll up. Serve hot.
