Ingredients:
• 2 – eggs
• 2 cups – all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup – unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tsp – baking soda
• 6 tbsp – unsalted Butter (softened)
• 1 cup – granulated Sugar
• 1 cup – walnuts, chopped
• 3/4 cup – semisweet chocolate chips

Method:
- Pre-heat an oven to 350 degrees F.
- Add butter and flour on a large baking sheet.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter and granulated sugar together with an electric mixer, until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and beat until it combines well.
- Stir in the flour mixture to form a stiff dough.
- Stir in walnuts and chocolate chips.
- On prepared baking sheet, prepare the dough with floured hands into two slightly flattened logs, each 12 inches long and 2 inches wide. Sprinkle confectioners’ sugar.
- Bake the logs for 35 minutes or until slightly firm to the touch.
- Cool the biscotti on a baking sheet for 5 minutes.
- On a cutting board, cut the biscotti diagonally into 3/4-inch slices.
- Arrange the biscotti, cut sides down, on the baking sheet and bake until crisp for about 10 minutes.
- Cool on a rack.
- Store the biscotti in air-tight containers for a week or keep it frozen for a month.
