Ingredients:

• 1.5 l – Milk
• 250 g – Sugar
• 200 g – fresh Cream
• 100 g – glucose powder
• 3 tsp – Corn flour
• 10 g – pista, powdered
• 2 to 3 drops – Pista essence
• 1/2 to 1 tsp – green colour

Method:

  1. Boil and reduce the milk to one-third, keeping a little cold milk aside. Mix corn flour in the cold milk and add to the boiling milk.
  2. Add sugar and allow to boil for another 3 minutes. Remove from the flame and add fresh cream, glucose powder, pista essence and colour. Allow to cool.
  3. Blend in a liquidizer three times.
  4. After the final blending, add the powdered pista and mix well.
  5. Deep-freeze in moulds. Allow to set completely.
