Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Chicken
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 inch – Ginger
• 5 to 6 flakes – Garlic
• salt as required
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Butter
Method:
- Clean the chicken and to it add ginger-garlic paste and all the powders. Salt and marinate it for an hour.
- Then pressure cook it for 5 minutes.
- In a non-stick pan, heat the oil and butter, and then add chicken to it. Keep roasting till it is dry.
- Garnish with coriander leaves, onion, carrot and lemon. Tastes good with fried rice and vegetable noodles.
