Ingredients:

• 1 cup – almonds, chopped
• 1/2 cup – pistas, chopped
• 1/2 cup – cashews, chopped
• 1 tbsp – Ghee
• 1/2 cup – jaggery, powdered

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in a heavy pan. Add jaggery. Stir until it melts and bubbles start forming.
  2. Add the nuts and mix. Take off the flame and pour on a clean, greased work surface while still hot.
  3. Knead a little and roll out quickly to 3/4-inch thickness.
  4. Cut into squares while warm.
  5. Break after cooling completely.
  6. Store in an airtight container.
