Ingredients:

• 1 – Tender duck
• 3 – onions, sliced finely
• 10 green – chilli, ginger-garlic paste
• 1 cup – thick Coconut Milk
• 1 – tomato, chopped into 8 pieces
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 3 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Rub the duck all over with turmeric powder.
  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and lightly fry the pieces of duck.
  3. When the pieces turn light brown add all the other ingredients to it.
  4. Mix well so that all the pieces get covered.
  5. Add sufficient water and cook on medium heat till the duck is cooked and the gravy thickens.
  6. If cooking in a pressure cooker turn off the heat after 8 or 9 whistles.
