Ingredients:

• 1 – dressed duck
• 2 – onions, sliced
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 4 – green chillies, slit
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – ginger, chopped
• 1 tsp – garlic, chopped
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 cup – thick Tamarind juice.

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and saute the onions lightly.
  2. Add the duck and all the other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Fry for a few minutes.
  4. Add sufficient water and pressure cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes.
