Ingredients:
• 2 tsp – chopped Almonds
• 2 tsp – sesame seeds
• 2 tsp – Coriander seeds
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 7 to 8 – black pepper Corns
• 1/2 tsp – roasted cumin powder
• Salt to taste
• Olive oil to serve
• Crusty bread slices/pita to serve
Method:
- Dry-roast all seeds together and grind them coarsely.
- Serve them with oil and crusty bread slices for a quick Mediterranean starter.
