Ingredients:

• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• 1.5 tsp – chilli powder, or according to taste
• 4 – large potatoes, boiled, peeled, and cubed
• salt to taste
• Grind these ingredients into a powder:
• 1 tbsp – Poppy Seeds
• 10-12 – Cashew nuts
• 10-12 – Almonds
• 2, 1″ sticks – Cinnamon
• Grind these into a paste :
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 2 – fried Onions
• 1 – Tomato
• 3-4 chillies as per taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add turmeric and chilli powder to it.
  2. Add ground powder and the required amount of water and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the paste of onions and tomato.
  4. Boil for a few minutes.
  5. Add potatoes.
  6. Add salt.
