Ingredients:

• 500g – Potato
• 2 tbsp – yogurt
• 1 tbsp – vegetable oil
• 1 tsp – roasted and coarsely-crushed Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt and chilli powder – to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a nonstick pan.
  2. Add yogurt and turmeric followed by potatoes.
  3. Add salt and chilli powder and stir well.
  4. Cook on medium heat and stir occasionally for 10 minutes.
  5. Transfer the cooked potatoes into a serving dish and sprinkle crushed cumin powder on the potatoes.
