Ingredients:
• 500g – Potato
• 2 tbsp – yogurt
• 1 tbsp – vegetable oil
• 1 tsp – roasted and coarsely-crushed Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt and chilli powder – to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a nonstick pan.
- Add yogurt and turmeric followed by potatoes.
- Add salt and chilli powder and stir well.
- Cook on medium heat and stir occasionally for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the cooked potatoes into a serving dish and sprinkle crushed cumin powder on the potatoes.
