Ingredients:

• 1kg – keema
• 250g – onions, sliced fine and fried crisp
• 1 tsp – Papaya paste
• 1 tsp – Cinnamon powder
• 1.5 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tsp – Poppy Seeds
• A handful of chopped Mint and coriander
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash and drain the keema and grind it.
  2. Add all the ingredients and mix. Set aside to marinate for 2 hours.
  3. Divide the mixture into equal-sized small balls.
  4. Drizzle ghee on the keema balls.
  5. Grill in oven till golden brown.
