Ingredients:

• 20 ml. sesame oil
• 20 ml. soya sauce
• 20 gms. Spring onions
• 30 gms. fresh sliced Mushrooms
• 400 ml. vegetable stock
• For Dumplings:
• 30 gms. chopped Carrot
• 30 gms. chopped Cabbage
• 30 gms. chopped Mushrooms
• 30 gms. chopped baby Corn
• 20 gms. chopped Broccoli
• 20 gms. chopped beans
• 20 gms. chopped Garlic
• 20 gms. chopped Ginger
• 20 gms. chopped Green chillies
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tsp. Red Chilli sauce
• 50 gms. Refined flour
• 20 gms. cornflour

Method:

  1. Mix all the chopped vegetables together add seasonings, refined flour and corn flour.
  2. Add sesame seeds, oil, soya sauce and chilli sauce.
  3. Make small balls of that mixture and steam in boiling water.
  4. Heat stock water in wok, add sesame oil and vegetable alongwith seasoning.
  5. Put drops of soya sauce to soup.
  6. Add steamed dumplings to soup and remove from heat.
  7. Pour soup in bowl, garnish with spring onion. Serve hot.
