Ingredients:

• 1/2 – Cabbage (medium size)
• 1 cup – moong dal
• For grinding:
• 1/2 cup – freshly grated Coconut
• 4 – Green chillies
• 2 tsp – Jeera
• For seasoning:
• Coconut oil & Curry leaves

Method:

  1. Cook 1 cup of moong dal till it’s soft. Cook cabbage, and add the cooked moong dal. Add the grounded paste and salt to taste.
  2. Finally, season with coconut oil and curry leaves.
