Ingredients:

• 1 cup – finely chopped Capsicums
• 1/2 cup – finely chopped Onions
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – sombu
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• Oil – To fry
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and when the oil becomes hot add fennel.
  2. Add chopped onions and fry till becomes golden colour.
  3. Add chopped capsicums and all other ingredients.
  4. Add little water if required.
  5. Fry till the capsicum is cooked.
  6. Mix with cooked rice.
  7. Garnish with a squeeze of lime and finely cut coriander leaves.
