Ingredients:

• 5 – medium sized Carrots
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1/2 cup- Cashewnut powder
• 1 glass – Milk

Method:

  1. Grate the carrots and boil them in the milk until tender. Set aside for cooling.
  2. Now grind the cashews into a fine powder and add all the other ingredients.
  3. Add the ground ingredients to the boiled carrots and mix well.
  4. Add some more milk or water for the desired consistency.
  5. Serve chilled.
