Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Carrots
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – mustard powder
• Juice of 2 or 3 Lemons
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut carrots into thin juliennes and put in a jar.
  2. Add chilli powder, mustard powder, salt, and lime juice. Mix well.
