Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Carrots
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – mustard powder
• Juice of 2 or 3 Lemons
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut carrots into thin juliennes and put in a jar.
- Add chilli powder, mustard powder, salt, and lime juice. Mix well.
