Ingredients:
• 2 – Corn cobs, grated finely
• 1 cup – beaten Curd
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1-inch piece – Ginger
• 2-4 – Green chillies
• A few sprigs – Coriander leaves
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt – to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Chilli powder
Method:
- Grind the chillies and ginger together.
- Beat the curd with 1 cup water till smooth.
- Heat 3 tbsps oil, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- When they stop spluttering, add the corn and fry for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Add all the spices, salt, and ginger-chilli paste and mix well.
- Add the beaten curd, a little at a time, stirring constantly and lightly.
- Cover and cook till the corn is well cooked.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
