Ingredients:

• 1 cup – rava
• 1 cup – Maida
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp – ground pepper
• 1 – Onion
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Take 1 cup of rava. Add 1 cup of maida to this and add 3 cups of water.
  2. The batter should be runny. Now add salt and finely chopped onion.
  3. In a small kadai, fry the cumin seeds and pepper in a little oil and add to the batter. Now, you can start making dosas immediately.
  4. To make dosas, put a little oil on a tawa and pour the batter unevenly on it. Do not try to do it in a circular motion like for a regular dosa. Let one side cook, and then flip over and cook the other side. Makes thin, crisp dosas in 2 minutes. Serve with coconut chutney.
