Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Dates (seedless)
• 3-4 – Whole Red Chillies
• 2 tsp – Cumin powder
• 1 tbsp – Oil
• Salt – To taste
Method:
- Soak the dates in water for an hour.
- Take a pan, heat the oil.
- When it is a little hot, add dry red chillies and fry it.
- Then add finely chopped dates. Cook well on medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Then allow it to cool for some time.
- Then add salt and cumin powder to it.
- Add a little water and grind it to a paste-like consistency (the water used for soaking the dates can be used).
- Check the seasoning.
